Efficiency improvement of Teams-compatible smart glasses for maintenance and remote support!

A must-see for those facing challenges in collaboration between on-site and remote support! Enables work assistance and real-time sharing, and is also effective for maintenance inspections.

Do you have any of these concerns? ■ I want to record a series of tasks at maintenance/work sites. ■ It is difficult for the support team to grasp the actual situation, making it hard to provide accurate assistance on-site. ■ I have introduced the latest technology and sensing devices, but I can't utilize them effectively. "Eye Tracking Core+" that visualizes human gaze is effective for these issues! 【Results/Improvements After Utilization】 ■ I was able to record a series of operations as a video with "gaze and voice." ■ The actual situation on-site can be "visualized" in real-time, allowing for specific support. ■ It is completed with just 39g glasses and a recording smartphone, making it easy to use hands-free and simple to implement. Many companies are exploring new methods for remote instructions and support after the COVID-19 pandemic. Eye tracking allows the worker's field of view + gaze + voice to be shared in real-time with other locations, making it suitable for remote engineering! It can also be integrated with Teams, allowing for use in a familiar meeting setting. The number of companies implementing it for remote support and monitoring is rapidly increasing both domestically and internationally! *For details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Remote Work Support 'IDEye' Implementation Case: Company A in the Construction Industry, Tokyo

Solving the shortage of skilled workers! Introducing examples where photography and on-site work have become possible while receiving instructions.

To ensure good construction, it is important to accurately grasp the information on site in advance. We attempted to address this by having experienced craftsmen verify photos taken by less experienced workers on-site, but there were frequent issues due to differences in the locations of the photos and other factors, which did not lead to solving the problems. Therefore, we introduced one-eyed smart glasses and 'IDEye.' Now, even less experienced workers can take photos and perform on-site tasks under the guidance of skilled craftsmen, leading to business expansion. [Issues] ■ To accurately grasp information, highly skilled craftsmen must investigate the site. ■ Photos taken on-site often have discrepancies in location or lack information, resulting in frequent rework. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
